I am sorry for the late answer.

I contacted with FOCUS , GSC because I meet now a problem to consult the accounts players.
GSC had given me a secure access, I manage to connect with my account, but as soon as I enter and confirm the key player, I have an error message of connection.
With FOCUS , I contacted GSC and I always wait that developers solve the problem.
Thus for your account which does not work, at the moment I can make nothing as long as GSC will not have solved the problem.
