Well cdv just owns publishing rights to the games and not exclusive if I got it right. It depends what will happen to cdv, if they get bought over, ....
I just asked the administrator on the english internal forum which is basically run by cdv Usa and he said that it has no consequence to them and they will have their own forums soon. So it doesn't really matter what happens to cdv AG ( Germany).
