Very strange problem

| Guys
I have two problems
1st is Colour
i have win 7 and when i start the game the colors get abnormal changing
2nd problem is really strange and Rare
It is when i send my soldiers to fight they die instantly after approaching the enemy without even making one single shot
how can i solve it plz ...........?[size=6]

for 1) use http://cossacksworld.ucoz.co.uk/load/c_i_ac_windows_7_fix/23-1-0-90
for 2) it mostlikely means peace time is still active and during that time you cannot attack. Any soldier attacking will die instantly.
Please see to random map options how much peace time is setup in the game.
