[OC Mod] 18c Musketeer can not be in formation?

| Hello! Is there anyone still playing OC mod here? I found that none of the Officer units can found formation for 18c Muskerteer in OC mod. Is that a bug or I miss something?

| Very few if any are playing it.
Footomish was one of the last that I know of.
I am sure he would be able to answer any questions you may have since he was very active in its continued balancing for some time after it was released.
But I know he is having a hard time remembering his pass word here, you might send him a private message over at the C3 forum to make contact with him.
