It is working for me and at least 15 other people in the past 2 weeks.

Please try again. If you cant get it to work then its mostlikely your browser that has issue or whatever other reason that doesnt let you download from gamefront.
If it fails i'll upload it to another file sharing service.

I don't know whats wrong but i can not download it with neither my firefox or ie sad

Can´t with Opera also. Downloads an html file.

Thanks the link works(dropbox is great :)) but is this patch a standalone patch or shoul i overwrite it on the OC mod ?

Overwrite after having installed the OC mod.

[OC]Ftoomsh is working on rebalancing this mod right now. Check the forum here for his threads if you are interested in it or want to get his latest version of it. (ask him)
