| Hello there, I'm new here and I would have some questions concerning the BFE Multiplayer. I have the Steam version, and as far as I understood the only possible way to play it online is with GameRanger, but sadly there's no one online playing it (and I don't get so well how it works). So, are there other way to play BFE in multiplayer? If not as I tought, do someone play sometime online and could explain me how it works? I'm wondering why if the game is now on Steam, it's not possible to play online via steam servers.

| When you sign into steam C2 BFE you will get a number ID.
You get it every-time you sign in to play.
Go to internet game, and create an account using that number.
The game will remember it, and even though it says internet game not possible, it will work.

| I would be interested in historical battle.
However thank you very much Daddio, I did as you told me and it worked! Sadly there were no open rooms when I tried, but I'll log in again in these days to open one and have a match.
