The game is not working on Windows 10

When installed Win 10 I cannot start the game. For Win 7 I used already all patches without any issues. Now simply cannot find the solution. I guess the issue is in DirectX for Windows 10 which is not clear to me if they are working. I was trying to start the game using a tool to fix it to open in lower Win version. no success. Please advise if you have already a solution.

The game was never designed to work on the newer operating systems.

I bought the Steam version for $5.00, and it works fine on Win7, and still works well when I upgraded to Win10.

If you are using the old version of the game, you might consider upgrading your game to the steam version.

i bought steam version and i cant run it. i try the patch
got error 5 cant even run it
in game when it launches from steam (unpatched) i get dx12.log error or something a popop that wont go away, and 3 fps
using nvidiagtx970m, i7 4810mq procesor 12gb ram

Do you have the older direct X version installed at all? (11,10,?)

Don't know what that "GetGlobalCreateBrigList" warning is , but I doubt its related to your direct x issue.

Can you capture a screenshot of the dx12 error and post it?
