How to make teams?

Hi all

I have searched through the forum and I haven't found anything. I want to know how can i make teams in the editor. I know how to make the map and to set initial resources for each team, but how can i make initial alliance?

I know that it can be done because I downloaded a map that is a 2 vs 2

change the color in the top bar when placing units
