| Hm, you did great and interesting work, but I still got mixed feelings there.
Did not try yours battle maps in the game yet, becasue I see some problems here.
Nevertheless I can say that your few screenshots and short battle description on your site are much better researched and prepared than those vanilla battles, no doubt. But it still got some problems.
Sorry, you could check some more historical data.
I know sources many times varied, but look here please: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Borodino http://napoleonistyka.atspace.com/Borodino_battle.htm and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Leipzig http://napoleonistyka.atspace.com/Leipzig_battle.htm
It could little bit help you. Then you could little bit improve your battle maps and descriptions.
Do not get my wrong. I do not criticise you work too much. You even did it better than GSC in that case. Nevertheless it still lacked in historical accuracy and facts.

| That is so cool, I can not download the maps for some reason. Have you been able to Angel?
If you could email me the mps files I will box them up and put them in the installer, and place them on the site.

| Quote (Daddio) I do not know if it is a language problem or what, but the files have strange names like ?????.mp3

Any ideas?
Mostlikely you don't have Eastern European/ Russian language packs /fonts installed on your pc. It will turn cyrillic into nonreadable garbage style ?????
And did it really say .mp3? Because mp3 is a music format. Surely it was m3d , right?
Its kinda weird because the links I went to have english names. Are the maps send to you the same as the ones on the C2.narod2 site? If not, say they have different names , there will be a non compability issue when playing online as a different name is a different map, regardless off it being the same map. (Hope that made sense)
Try them:
http://cossacks-two.narod2.ru/fridland.m3d http://cossacks-two.narod2.ru/austerlicc.m3d http://cossacks-two.narod2.ru/borodino.m3d http://cossacks-two.narod2.ru/jelau.m3d http://cossacks-two.narod2.ru/jelau2.m3d http://cossacks-two.narod2.ru/leipccig.m3d http://cossacks-two.narod2.ru/piramidy.m3d
Hope that works ^^. If not let me know Daddio
Regards.
E.A.
