How to import french general from NW editor to BfE editor?

I've tinkered a bit with France.NDS file and no cookie; same with UnitKGen(FR) file in Units folder. Which files need to be modified also? And how?

Hey, missed this thread it seems. Did you figure it out then?

Normally it should be just editing the NDS file ( add it under MEMBERS and COUNTRY)
