Fight Back runs in a small window

Hi
I've run FB on a laptop with windows 7 before and although I get the colour distortion I can sort that out but it always runs full screen. Loaded it on new Laptop with i7 processor W7 and GEFORCE GT630M and now opens and plays in a small window which no changes of screen resolution help. Also get the colour distortion when close then re-open game?
