Hey, it's one of those mods which was announced with lots of buzz but never got finished & published.

I got a whole list of those:

- Last samurai mod
- Aok mod
- Musket & Sword mod
- Dead Body mod
- Rome mod
- Sons Of Liberty mod
- Scotland mod
- Punic War mod

I spent quite some time looking for them, but after proper investigation there were no active links to be found anywhere. I believe what is in my download section, is what is out there.

If you however manage to find any (beta) version(s) of one of these, I'm gonna bake you a big chocolat cake bunny

Regards

Hehe, I hadn't seen this one yet, but I already see I can add this one to my above list. But I know where Ienzo hangs out sometimes, let me ask if it's dead or still alive.

Hehe, FlameMaster, ye he was looking for help a year ago, I helped him on the cdv forum, he on the other hand did release his mod and is working on his next version.

Thanks for scouting around Cichor, but as you see, I doubt you will find anything.

Btw, check your PM's.

A few years ago used to play chess and my master always said to not to give up before the end of game. ;]
I try to find more.

Hehe, good attitude.

I searched a bit aswell again. Got close again. It would seem some of these mods did materialize, for example, with the help of the internet wayback machine I tracked the last samurai mod to the game heaven, which is no longer online:

http://web.archive.org/web....ubcat=1
Unfortunately if you click on the link, the link doesnt work, so I had to compare date's and links again untill i found an archive of this above link , which is this:
http://web.archive.org/web....50dd0e0
But again, clicking on a link on this page does not show up properly.

So it's a matter off using the machine untill one does find the file in question.
The problem is, this takes an amazing amount of time to compare versions in time of this particular site, not to mention any other sites that may have had it.
Same logic for the Musket & Sword mod.

I'v been able to retrieve some things already from certain sites who have vanished in thin air, it's just, as I said, incredibly time consuming to find the direct page.

This is an overview of the different versions of this particular site where the musket and sword mod was developped over time:
http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://thegameheaven.com
Each link on this page will give you the site, but you can also look on all archived pages for a particular date in time, e.g.
http://web.archive.org/web/*sr_1nr_30/http://thegameheaven.com/*
Thats +2000 links for one time frame of one site, of which most of them don't work , only a few return back active.

As I said, with a bit of luck one may find something, though incredibly time consuming.

Good work Angel! Thanks for your help. In recent days, I spent several hours for searched and I'm afraid that all files are lost. The result of my research is few links to the information etc:

And at the end:

With few things to research and one minimod to AC - flagmod ( http://elvinchoy.250free.com/mod%20files/flag_mod.rar ). I don't know for which version of AC it is (still waiting for my own legal copy of game:().

On CDV forum Bucaniere wrote that he ask someone about M&S Mod. Funny, in that web.archive I found his farewell post when he decided to leave Cossacs/AC community smile

I apologize for my english.

He was gonna ask Tim Grayson. I asked his brother (Whitecrow on cdv, MCrucky here) before the weekend on msn. They don't seem to have it anymore either. sad

Got a message from Ienzo back:

[E-BEL]Angel,

Oh, I have been busy and now I know that project is, well, too ambitious. I'll do small potatoes first with my CAM mod (Canada-America-Mexico) in DN first.

Not only that, I am still figuring out how to do 3D modding and drawing using GIMP and I am learning from the Simtropolis community.

Thank you for your interest,
Regards,
-Ienzo

Nice find. Looks like it is for ACFB.
