A few years ago used to play chess and my master always said to not to give up before the end of game. ;]
I try to find more.
Hehe, good attitude.
I searched a bit aswell again. Got close again. It would seem some of these mods did materialize, for example, with the help of the internet wayback machine I tracked the last samurai mod to the game heaven, which is no longer online:
http://web.archive.org/web....ubcat=1
Unfortunately if you click on the link, the link doesnt work, so I had to compare date's and links again untill i found an archive of this above link , which is this:
http://web.archive.org/web....50dd0e0
But again, clicking on a link on this page does not show up properly.
So it's a matter off using the machine untill one does find the file in question.
The problem is, this takes an amazing amount of time to compare versions in time of this particular site, not to mention any other sites that may have had it.
Same logic for the Musket & Sword mod.
I'v been able to retrieve some things already from certain sites who have vanished in thin air, it's just, as I said, incredibly time consuming to find the direct page.
This is an overview of the different versions of this particular site where the musket and sword mod was developped over time:
http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://thegameheaven.com
Each link on this page will give you the site, but you can also look on all archived pages for a particular date in time, e.g.
http://web.archive.org/web/*sr_1nr_30/http://thegameheaven.com/*
Thats +2000 links for one time frame of one site, of which most of them don't work , only a few return back active.
As I said, with a bit of luck one may find something, though incredibly time consuming.
