So I believe I did everything correctly, adding the SiuPst to every entry in the England.nds file except for the upgrade and AccessControl ones, I couldn't figure out what the Access Control entry was for in the delaware .nds file, it listed their officer unit and other unit requirement or something like that for the Trade Post which just didn't make any sense to me.
So I just decided to skip them since it was giving me an error and then it gave me this: http://imgur.com/a/Ji1xZ
I'm sorry if it's a stupid question but I'm fairly new to modding AC and I have little idea of what I'm doing, at least for now.

Scratch that I got it in the editor, problem now is that I can't get my peasants to build it, I think I've sent the requirements for it to Storehouse and Blacksmith but it still doesn't show up after building them.
The other thing is that it's unit info icon is black but eh, I think that's a small problem.
Turns out that in the .nds file under country you need to make a change to the number, England's default is 45, I made it 46 and it worked.
