I have all Cossacks games and I am a fan since more then 10 years. Yesterday I bought Cossacks 3 on steam. But this is Cossacks 1 HD and nothing else. I miss the style of C2 and C2 BfE. This is no progress just one step back with modern style graphics. If I have known it I would not have bought it.

Just fast money, nothing else. I feel betrayed !

They have always said it was a remake ali. Even from the screenshots and video's you can tell that much.

Yes it is a remake of C1, But that have stated that this is only the beginning of the series.

Much more to come.

Check out the forum, already there are many many modders at work before they even release the modding tools.

give it one year and you will not even recognize the game, it will be advanced very quickly.

Also I believe you can get your money back through steam, if you have not played over a certain amount of hours.

But I would keep it. It is only going to get better and better.

Hopefully we will see an expansion for the late 18th century and Napoleonic Wars with new research upgrades which would be great as this game has much potential !!

Don't listen to this guy. There's tons of old and new fans of the series who are in love with the game, myself included. I've been following this series since 2004, and the game is the best its ever been. Thank you GSC.

Say whoever isn't, even still little to no less is made to bring the game up to par.
