| Hi All
Tortuga.exe by Agrid doesn't work correctly. A window appear and disappear when i execute it. I'm under Win 8.1 and have tried any compatibility modes without success. I also try with Win XP but same result...
Is there someone who have tortuga.m3d and tortuga.jpg files ?
Thanks.

I just tried it, and have the same problem as you do.
Unless maybe Daddio has the map on his pc, you could try contact Agrid himself : agrid@front.ru
There is clearly something wrong with the file.

| Well, No answer from Agrid...
So i decided to take a look to this executable file. I have found a way for extract .m3d from tigrosoft installer. Using UniversalExtractor for decompress this bz2 compressed file, it give me a big Tortuga file without extension. Added .m3d to his name and open it in C2NW-Editor. Once done, i can save it to a compressed Tortuga.m3d After install, game is fully working.
It's a solution, if you have the same problem with some Tigrosoft Installers.

As you can see in my previous post, i succeed to extract map from installer and i have added 2 attachements. one for the map and second for a working installer for Tortuga.

Is there a way to "adapt" or "convert" a .m3d file who work with BFE and do not work with NW (game crash after 30 - 40 seconds) for get it working with NW ?
I try to open it in NW-Editor and to save it but after re-installation problem still here.

| Hi All. Even with aiidii's latest map "If Eternity Should Fail" the installer doesn't work for me, i'm running the steam version 1.3. I don't have the run file anywhere on mine but i do have the data but it doesn't work, i've tried just opening the game and selecting the data file and pressing install but doesn't work Have tried putting the m3d files directly into the skirmish folder, did nothing, i'm no computer genius just a guy who loves playing this game (have done since Napoleonic Wars) and any help would be great.
ta, Snowy.
