No, you cannot plug this in to your game and play. It has not been packed into a mod file. Elvin provided this pack for people to try a hand at modding. This is an incomplete mod; there are tutorials on this site if you want to install these. In theory, you can put these files in almost any Cossacks engine game. Good luck.
