Still doesn't work...

In my Data folder there is not Dialog folder.
I have steam version of CII battle for Europe.

Please someone help

That's how the developers made them. It's the same on vanilla maps that came with the game. Nothing I can do about it.

Is this for BfE too?

The edges of the map are blurred....
