Then try direct it to the data folder, it's either to the run folder or the data folder. If that doesnt work it might be because you installed one of the corrupted map packs which mess up installation of any new map.
Also, do you have admin rights on the folder you are trying to install ( and is the folder set to 'read only' or is that option unticked?)

Direct the installer path to the Run folder
